  •     程天海,中国科学院空天信息创新研究院,研究员,国家级人才称号获得者,中国环境科学学会环境信息系统与遥感专业委员会委员。研究方向为大气遥感,重点开展遥感辐射传输模型优化、大气环境关键参数反演、碳排放遥感监测等方面研究。先后主持承担科技部国家重点研发计划、高分辨率对地观测专项等项目20余项,在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文100余篇,参与出版专著2部,申请国家发明专利10余项。
